People ask FlickerFaith things they have never said out loud. Most of what they need is in Scripture, and the app takes them there. Some of it needs a person. Verified Ministers are the people who answer those. It is the human half of Minister in the Loop.
What you would be doing
A question arrives with its topic and a short summary. You decide whether to take it. Nothing is assigned to you, and nobody is on call. The full standard is on what is a Verified Minister?
Questions sit in a queue with their topic, how long they have waited, and a one-line summary. Take the ones you are the right person for and leave the rest.
No name, no email, no contact details, and no chat history — only the question and any study notes they chose to attach. They see your first name and your role.
Replies usually come back within a few days. You set a weekly cap and step away whenever you need to. Connect is not an emergency service and is never presented as one.
Application
Every field marked with an asterisk is needed to verify a credential. Everything else helps us understand where you would serve best.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a FlickerFaith Verified Minister partner. Your application has been received and will be kept on file.
We cannot guarantee that everyone who applies will be selected. Places are opened as they are needed, and matched to the traditions, languages and areas of gifting the people asking actually need. If a place opens that fits your background, we will send you an invitation by email.
What happens next
We contact the church, board or body you named. Nobody becomes a Verified Minister on their own say-so.
Applying does not guarantee a place. Places open as the need appears, and are matched to tradition, language and area of gifting.
If a place fits your background, you will receive an invitation with everything you need to begin. There is no cost, and no obligation to accept.
Your details are used to verify your credentials and to contact you about serving. They are never shown to the people asking questions, and never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy.
